When considering extending a bid, we go line by line down the Jordan Standard to see how the potential pledge measures up. We are quite fortunate in that most of our potential recruits have been students of fair ability; thus, we gauge a lot on based on his ambition. His congenial disposition is judged in our social events. In our conversations with the recruit, we strive to get a feel for his sense of morals, honor, and responsibility. There is not a single one among us who has not been subject to this standard and passed.
